Therapy Sessions
My Approach
In my work, I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and third-wave therapy models. These mindfulness-, acceptance-, and self-compassion–based approaches support emotional regulation, understanding thought–behavior patterns, and behavioral change. When working with children and families, I also integrate filial therapy, play therapy, and schema-focused techniques when appropriate. Each therapy process is structured by combining evidence-based methods tailored to the individual needs of the client.
